All Personal Training sessions are 55 minutes long and located at 5718 Patterson Ave. in Richmond, VA. Each session begins with a 5 minute full body warmup routine., the bulk of our workout taking up 45 minutes, and we will end our session with a cool-down for stretch + review.

Our time together goes beyond our sessions in the gym. My goal for each relationship is to ensure you never feel alone or helpless along your fitness career. I will always be available for questions, motivation, support, & advice outside of studio hours. Expect weekly check-ins and updates to your program to help stay on track with your goals. You'll also be invited to join a private Facebook group exclusively for my clients. Here, you'll be able to connect with likeminded individuals, swap recipes, meet for walks or runs, and be in the know about our active group outings!
