What to expect:
With the jams always bumpin, expect dumbbell, kettlebell, and barbell work to be incorporated through circuits and/or stations. Focusing on upper & lower body, you'll learn to master form and push past physical barriers. Weekend Warriorz will leave you feeling stronger, faster, and healthier!
